Returns and refunds will be investigated and determined on a case by case basis.

DIY Kits, De-Stash Items, and Supplies:

I currently do not offer returns or refunds on DIY Kits, De-stash Items or supplies.  If your order has been lost in the mail, I will work with you and the post office to find a solution.  Once the item leave my possession I cannot be held responsible for the post office's handling.  If your item went priority mail, there will be insurance on your package - where a claim can be filed for reimbursement. 

If you are missing an item in your order, please contact me so I may get your missing item to you. 

if your order says it was delivered, but it is not on your door step - (and it was sent to the correct address) you will need to work with the post office to track your order down.
